2/15/2005 Crumpy.com reserves the right to charge a fee of no less than $100 US to post an AD in the comment section of any entry. AD in this case is defined as describing another site or service that is unrelated to the entry. This will be determined by and at the sole discretion of crumpy.com. Crumpy.com reserve to right to delete any comment it sees fit without refund of the AD Fee ($100 US). This fee must be payed within 30days of orginal post. After the 30 days there will be a $1 late fee per day. Crumpy.com reserve the right to use all means to collect this fee at the expense of the company, site, or person that the AD is for.
